FusionForged®: Material Benefits

Wedding bands manufactured from FusionForged® tubing offer the optimum balance of material properties. The rings are ductile enough to be stretched several sizes (assuming good technique), and precious stones may be set easily and held securely. The fine-grain metal is easy to polish to a brilliant, uniform luster and the rings are durable enough to last for centuries. 

The FusionForged® process is also excellent for producing clad materials, in which two or more layers of metal are bonded inseparably together. Two-tone or multi-color rings may be produced with no concern about separation, even if the rings are cut, hammered, sized or soldered.
